The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of variety and very good coffee were available.

The shower drainage was problematic. The bathroom overflowed because of this. The air conditioning didn't work, even after someone reset it... talk about a hot situation! I expected better for what I paid.

smart controls private pool central location

The room offered SMART controls through a tablet, I controlled all settings without moving. A private pool and jacuzzi were included. The city center existed less than five minutes by walk. Many dining locations were available.

I faced an extra charge for using the spa generally, not just for specific treatments.

The hotel sits right at the center of town, a quiet corner near the main square. This renovated hotel is very convenient for discovering the town. I felt the buzz of the town immediately upon stepping outside.

The hotel includes excellent room facilities and offers much comfort. The wet area in the spa is fantastic. A good massage is available. Full automation exists in the room, so I experienced value for the money.

black mold inattentive staff

The shower head had scale. Black mold grew in the sink grout. the breakfast service was not attentive. Dirty plates sat in front of me for a long time, and no one asked if I wanted more coffee. Staff seemed busy amongst themselves.

wow, i must say everything feels super high end in this hotel. the room was very smart i could control everything from a tablet i never left the bed lol! the private jacuzzi was a bonus indeed.

the spa had extra charges, even to visit the sauna, and i find it excessive.

the staff was very cute. the hotel was beautiful. breakfast was global with a lot of variety.

the lift was not working the day i arrived. an upgrade to a suite had an additional cost. it was not what i would describe as a suite, just a slightly larger room.

the room was spacious. the breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and new amenities. all amenities are well-kept.
